We hereby announce that Itaúsa – Investimentos Itaú S.A. and Companhia Ligna de Investimento, controlling entities of, respectively, Duratex S.A. and Satipel Industrial S.A. signed on June 22 an irrevocable and irreversible contract of association between the companies Duratex and Satipel in order to unify the operations.
