Duratex launches the sustainability education program Ciranda D
Employees will be able to take quick courses, in addition to getting tips on books, videos, and articles on the topic
Duratex launched the sustainability education program Ciranda D, which emerged from a sustainability project developed since 2016 to bring the issue into employees’ everyday life.
The program is available on an online platform employees can use to take quick courses and quizzes to test what they have learned, in addition to tips on books, videos, and articles on the topic. Participants can also see Duratex’s best practices.
What sets Ciranda D apart is the possibility to exchange knowledge on the topic. Employees can share good practices or suggest books, videos, and articles to promote more interaction across different business units.
The platform will also feature a participation ranking with a scoring system. The aim is to recognize the most engaged and participative employees.
